Here’s yet another use for the zucchini squash that are overrunning your gardens and refrigerators! This soup is creamy and has a nice delicate flavor. There is no end in sight for “soup season” here in New England. We’re getting another snowstorm today and nothing warms the heart like a nice warm fresh bowl of chowder.
