A whole foods, plant-based, allergen-sensitive, gluten-free recipe blog

Help Me Out. . . and Get a Free Book!

As most of you are probably aware, I have just completed my first ebook- Good and Easy Eats.  I’m very excited about this book because I anticipate it will have very broad appeal.  It will be a great help for people in a variety of situations:

  • for those simply wanting to add a few healthy meals to what is otherwise a standard American diet
  • for those who are looking for wholesome versions of common dishes
  • for those who want to stretch their budget with more plant-based foods
  • for those who are committed to a whole foods diet
  • for those who are transitioning to or embracing a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle
  • and even for those with greatly restricted diets (with food allergies and sensitivities)

There are over 70 recipes in this book for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and desserts, all made exclusively with whole, natural, plant-based foods.  All the recipes also happen to be gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free and yeast-free- with no sacrifice on flavor!

Furthermore, the recipes are easy and economical.  Perfect for busy families watching their budget.

You can see I’m a little excited about this book!

Well I want to get the word out about it and my sister and I have been contacting bloggers with blogs on a variety of topics (gluten-issues, food allergies, whole foods, vegetarian/vegan, healthy family, Christian family, homeschoolers, etc.) but these kind of “cold contacts” aren’t as fruitful as we might like them to be.  So this morning I had the thought to contact you all through my blog to inquire if you might have connections with bloggers that possibly would be interested in reviewing my new ebook.  Basically, any bloggers that are interested will receive a free pre-release copy of the book to review and additionally be given a copy to give-away to one of their readers the day before the book launch (which, by the way, is December 10th).

And, if you help me make one of these connections, you also receive a free copy of the book!  Isn’t this exciting?!

I look forward to hearing from any of you that happen to be bloggers or might know of bloggers that would potentially be interested in reviewing a book.

Thanks!
